Sadly, this is the worst buy I've ever made. The images tell the whole story. This is an 18-inch light relax hair that was washed and deep conditioned right out of the package and never worn. It sheds, tangles, and mats up way too much (seriously, the comb pulls out whole strands when I try to comb it). You can see all the hair on the floor after just one comb through. The picture shows one bundle wrapped in four rows. The last six inches of the hair are totally thinned out. Everything is super messy and shredded with various lengths. I took a gamble even though returns aren't allowed - you just pay for shipping and can only 'exchange' it if you can get the customer service rep to be nice. Don't make the same mistake I did.
